Teacher of Science

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Teacher of Science who is able to inspire pupils, be innovative and achieve outstanding results. This is an ideal and exciting opportunity for both newly qualified and more experienced teachers.

The Academy provides extensive opportunities for Professional Development including links to LTSA, LLP and GPTSA which would particularly benefit newly qualified teachers and those wishing to progress to management.

The Science Department has had significant investment over recent years and is supported by a dedicated Technician. The Department is well resourced and laptops are provided to all staff. KS3 pupils follow an inspiring two-year practical course leading to Combined or Triple Science in KS4. Additionally, we are proud to be relocating to a new, state-of-the-art building on 1st June, which includes fully equipped, modern science laboratories designed to support high-quality teaching and learning.
