Influencer Marketing Manager

Rate: £300 per day
Duration: Initial 3 months, then rolling
Location: Remote (UK-based) or hybrid in London

We are working with a fast-growing consumer business looking for a Freelance Influencer Marketing Lead to support and scale an established creator and affiliate programme.

The focus is firmly on influencer and creator marketing. Experience across organic social, particularly Instagram and TikTok, would be a bonus but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing creator and affiliate network
• Source, onboard and manage influencers end-to-end
• Negotiate rates, deliverables and usage rights
• Brief creators and manage content approvals
• Oversee promo codes, affiliate links and tracking
• Monitor performance across CPA, ROI and customer acquisition
• Identify and scale high-performing creators and content
• Support organic social activity where relevant

About You

You will have strong hands-on influencer marketing experience and a track record of managing commercially focused creator campaigns.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience managing high-volume or always-on creator programmes
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok creators
• Experience measuring performance against commercial metrics
• Excellent creator relationship management skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced consumer, DTC, app or scale-up environment

Affiliate marketing, organic social, fintech and creator platform experience would all be advantageous but are not essential.
