Direct reports: None directly (manages contractors, suppliers, and event staffing)
Salary on offer: £42,000 + 10% bonus
Location / Office address: London
WFH / Office / Remote: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office, with travel and onsite work required
Working hours: Full‑time, permanent
A global events organisation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to support the delivery of major international exhibitions. This hybrid role involves leading operational planning for a large‑scale launch event in Europe while also supporting a flagship UK exhibition. Responsibilities include budget management, supplier negotiation, health & safety oversight, exhibitor operations, build-and-breakdown coordination, contractor management, and on-site delivery in high‑pressure environments. The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in exhibitions or live events, strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up into a full Operations Manager role within a fast‑paced, creative, and values‑driven events business.
