In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of complete AV systems, producing detailed technical documentation including schematics, rack layouts, cable schedules, functional descriptions, and bills of materials. You will work closely with sales, project management teams, engineers, and customers to ensure solutions are technically robust, commercially viable, and ready for installation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an AV design or AV engineering position, with strong knowledge of video conferencing technologies, audio systems, control systems, and AV integration. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. The Role: Design complete AV systems from concept through to delivery Produce schematics, rack layouts, cable schedules, and bills of materials Support pre-sales activities and technical solution development Work closely with project teams to ensure designs are install-ready Support installation and commissioning activities when requiredThe Person: Proven experience in AV Design or AV Engineering Strong knowledge of Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, DSP and control systems Understanding of signal flow, system integration, and AV networking Experience producing technical drawings using Visio or similar software CTS, CTS-D, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Education sector experience desirableReference Number: BBBH(phone number removed) Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
