Inventory and Supply Planner

Job Description

As the Inventory and Supply Planner, you will be responsible for the tactical execution of the Integrated Planning loop for assigned categories, balancing robust inventory control with efficient supply chain execution. Under the guidance of the Supply Planning Lead, you will act as the strategic gatekeeper for network capacity and help drive alignment across Procurement Operations, Strategic Procurement, Menu, Product, Culinary, and Forecasting teams to ensure operational excellence.

This role is based in Chippendale and reporting to the Supply Planning Lead.

You will…

• Act as the strategic gatekeeper for network capacity across all DCs and 3PLs.
• Own the decision-making framework for SKU placement, balancing space constraints and shelf life.
• Work daily with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on the current plan.
• Support supply planning for assigned categories, long-lead items, and the frozen project portfolio.
• Translate demand signals into time-phased procurement requirements for Procurement Operations.
• Maintain tactical bridge tools (G-sheets) and support testing of new tooling solutions.
• Maintain real-time net inventory visibility to proactively flag shortages and minimize waste.
• Identify and surface opportunities to drive improvements in daily planning workflows.

You have…

• Strong proficiency in G-sheets/Excel to support and update data-driven planning models.
• Proven experience managing network capacity, 3PLs, and SKU routing across temperature zones.
• An organized approach to data management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to help provide visibility across stakeholder teams.
