• Essential Experience: Experience supporting children with physical, communication and behavioural needs; calm and consistent boundaries; strong verbal and written communication; comfortable working in a busy family home. Happy being around dogs. This role is open to *female applicants only.
• Desirable: Experience working in a family home and confidence linking home routines with school and therapy goals.
• Driver Required: Yes – confident driver; automatic SUV provided.

Elsie, 7, is affectionate and determined. She uses a wheelchair, walker, standing frame and AAC device. The SEN Nanny will support routines, personal care and communication, helping Elsie enjoy family life.
