This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and inspirational senior leader to join Stopsley High School at a pivotal stage in its improvement journey. Following significant progress in recent years and a highly positive inspection outcome recognising the strength of the school's leadership, inclusion, personal development and pastoral provision, we are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to drive the next phase of excellence in Teaching, Learning and Assessment.
As a key member of our ambitious Senior Leadership Team, you will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering a vision for exceptional classroom practice across the school. We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of securing school improvement, raising standards through high-quality teaching, and developing others to achieve their very best. You will combine strong pedagogical expertise with the ability to inspire, challenge and support colleagues, creating a culture where professional growth and excellence thrive.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner and an influential leader who believes passionately in the potential of every young person. They will bring strategic vision, resilience, integrity and the ability to lead change with confidence. Working closely with colleagues across the school and within the Middlesex Learning Trust, you will further strengthen our ambitious curriculum, enhance teaching and learning practices, and ensure that all students receive the highest quality educational experience.
