About the role
Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temporary role)
Location: Office-based
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £16.00 per hour
We are currently working on behalf of my client based in Kings Langley who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance team on a temporary bases for 8 week.
The role will involve processing a high volume of supplier invoices, matching invoices to POs, dealing with supplier queries, reconciling statements and supporting payment runs.
About You
- Previous experience in Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable is essential
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Confident using finance systems
- COINS experience desirable but not essential
