Temporary Receptionist - Holiday Cover

Watford | £13.50 per hour | 8:00am - 4:30pm | Temporary Assignment

I am currently working on behalf of my client to recruit a Temporary Receptionist to provide holiday cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, professional, and organised individual who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring calls to the appropriate person
• Taking and relaying messages accurately
• Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming post
• Setting up meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
• Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and welcoming
• Providing general administrative support as required

About You

• Previous reception, front-of-house, or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Outlook
