Location: Sheffield, S8 8BR
Rate: £23.78 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Contract: Full Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join a Facilities Management team in Sheffield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance works, compliance administration, contractor management, performance reporting, and financial support activities. You will play a key role in ensuring all maintenance and compliance obligations are delivered in line with contractual requirements and service level agreements.

Duties:
Coordinate and monitor PPM schedules and statutory compliance activities.
Manage reactive maintenance works and track KPI/SLA performance.
Maintain compliance records, certificates, and audit documentation.
Liaise with contractors and arrange site access.
Review RAMS, insurances, and contractor documentation.
Produce operational and performance reports.
Raise purchase orders, process quotations, and support invoice administration.
Maintain asset management, lifecycle, and document control records.

Requirements:
Previous experience within a Facilities Management or Contract Support role.
Experience using CAFM systems such as Maximo, MRI Evolution, Concerto, or similar.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Experience managing compliance documentation and performance data.
Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.
