Maths Teacher – Cessnock, NSW 2325
Help students build the mathematical foundations that influence achievement across every stage of learning. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to strengthen numeracy, problem-solving and academic confidence during key years of secondary education while working within a structured teaching and assessment framework.
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging junior Mathematics programs aligned to the NSW curriculum. What You'll Do
- Deliver junior Mathematics programs aligned with the NSW curriculum
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to improve outcomes
- Provide clear, actionable feedback that supports learning growth
- Maintain consistent classroom expectations and learning routines
- Contribute to faculty planning, assessment and reporting processes
- Support students to develop confidence in numeracy and problem-solving
Benefits & Incentives
- Salary from $85,000 to $130,000 plus superannuation
- Full-time contract through to the end of the year
