Nursery Manager – up to £60k + £5k bonus

We are recruiting for an execptional Nursery Manager to work for this 60 place beautiful and high quality Nursery based close to Buckhurst Hill. The role is full time, has onsite parking as well as very close to the bus stop and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The nursery is stunning with high quality resources. A really exciting opportunity for a Nursery Manager who loves the quality and team side of the role as the rest is taken care of by a great head office.

The role of Nursery Manager will include:

• Overseeing the day to day management of the Nursery
• Building strong relationships with parents
• Being present in the rooms driving excellent practice with the educators
• Role modelling high quality practice within the rooms
• Inspiring leader to a team of 20+
• Recruitment and employee engagement

As the Nursery Manager you will need to have:

• Full and relevant childcare qualification
• Able to lead and motivate a team
• Proven success at managing a Nursery to a good standard
• Quality driven and able to role model good practice
• Inspiring leadership skills which can attract and retain a stable team
• Excellent parent partnerships
