Nursery Manager – up to £45,000 plus benefits

We are recruiting a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to work for this beautiful 90 place Nursery based close to Woking. The role is full time Monday to Friday and has an onsite parking. The team within this nursery is particularly lovely and the Nursery is part of a medium size group, meaning there is financial security, head office support, and ongoing professional development.

The role of Nursery Manager will include:

• Overseeing the day to day management of a busy nursery
• Building strong relationships with parents
• Role modelling high quality practice
• Inspiring leader to a team of 15+ staff
• Driving occupancy and financial performance
• Ensuring excellent standards of care and education
• Following all safeguarding policies and procedures
• Working closely with the Area Manager and Quality team

As the Nursery Manager you will need to have:

• Full and relevant childcare qualification
• Previous experience managing a Nursery
• Able to lead and motivate a team
• Proven success at managing a Nursery to a high quality
• Excellent parent partnerships
• Fun, friendly, hard working and nurturing attributes
