Desian Education is delighted to be working with a welcoming and nurturing primary school in Warrington that is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to providing outstanding learning experiences and helping young children develop the essential foundations for lifelong learning. The role is suitable for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers who have a genuine passion for Early Years education.

Your new role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative learning opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
• Create a positive, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children’s academic, social and emotional development.
• Foster a love of learning through play-based and child-centred activities.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

What you will need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within EYFS.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A creative and nurturing teaching style.
• High expectations for all pupils.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
