Full-Time EYFS Teacher – Rubery

Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Rubery for a full-time EYFS Teacher to join their team from October half term 2026. This is an ongoing role expected to continue until at least Easter 2027.

The Role

You will take responsibility for a large EYFS class, supporting a diverse range of learners including several pre-verbal children and a significant number of pupils with additional needs. Additionally, the successful teacher will be supported by two dedicated Teaching Assistants, allowing for a strong team approach to delivering high-quality learning and care.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• EYFS teaching experience or a strong understanding of Early Years practice
• Experience supporting children with SEND is highly desirable
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience. This must be within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
