The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Consultant Dermatologist to support a service in the East Middlands.

This long-term locum opportunity offers a consistent Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 working pattern with no on-call commitments. The role is ideal for experienced Dermatology Consultants looking for stable, ongoing work within an established hospital team.

The post will involve cancer-related activity, and experience seeing paediatric dermatology patients would be advantageous, although not essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality Dermatology care within outpatient and day-case settings.
• Manage a varied caseload including skin cancer-related activity.
• Conduct clinics, assessments, procedures and treatments in line with local protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide safe and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support service delivery and patient flow across the department.

What We're Looking For

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Recent NHS Consultant Dermatology experience.
• Experience in skin cancer management.
• Paediatric Dermatology experience desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
