Warehouse Operative

James Grace Associates is partnering with a reputable Commercial Offices company based in Coalville, Leicestershire, to recruit a dedicated Contract Warehouse Operative. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in assembly and warehouse operations to join a well-established company known for its professional approach and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be integral to supporting daily warehouse functions, ensuring efficient assembly processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and organisation.

• Assist in the assembly of products and packaging as per company specifications.
• Manage incoming stock deliveries and accurately organise inventory within the warehouse.
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with stock checks and cycle counts as required some items weighing up to 20 kilos.
• Support warehouse team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Previous experience as an Assembly Operative or in a similar warehouse role.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks.
• Flexible attitude to working hours and responsibilities.

Rate of Pay £12.79 per hour

Monday to Friday

7am to 3pm
