About the role
Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Northampton Brackmills, Gowerton Road, NN47BW
Pay Rate:
- Days: £13.08 Basic / £19.62 Overtime
- Shift premium: £3/h (paid between 18:00–06:00)
Work Schedule:
- Days & Hours: Monday to Friday , Various shifts as 06:00-14:00 / 10:00-18:00 / 14:00-22:00
Job Overview:
- Efficiently and accurately pick and pack store products in a fast-paced environment
- Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily operations
- Work towards daily performance KPIs
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team as well as work independently
- Full training provided from day one
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable, though not essential
- Ability to pass a basic English assessment
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for manual labor
