The organization fosters an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture where employees are empowered to make an impact, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute directly to continued growth. With investment in people, technology, training, and facilities, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to join a high-performing team.

Role Summary

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Fire Sprinkler Project Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing fire sprinkler installation projects across the Denver market. This role focuses on project sales rather than recurring service agreements and offers the opportunity to inherit existing customer relationships while actively expanding the client base.

The successful candidate will cultivate relationships with general contractors, developers, owners, and industry stakeholders, while managing opportunities from initial pursuit through project turnover. Success in the role will be driven by strong industry knowledge, technical expertise, relationship-building skills, and a commitment to delivering profitable business growth.
