Client Details Higher Education London Based - hybrid working Description An Interim Recruitment Coordinator to: - Manage end to end academic recruitment - Provide recruitment coordination - Support and advise hiring managers on recruitment campaigns to ensure timelines are met and provide advice on selection processes to attract the best applicant - Advise on recruitment strategies - Provide end to end recruitment support from writing adverts, coordinating interviews, through to offer stage - Support with recruitment coordination and admin duties - Initiate pre-employment checks and right to work checks in alignment with the UKVI requirements - Utilise recruitment data to inform decisions - Liaise with third party suppliers and manage agency relationships where necessary Profile An Interim Recruitment Coordinator with: - Previous end to end recruitment experience - Previous experience of recruiting academic roles - Able to start at short notice Job Offer Interim Recruitment Coordinator London based - hybrid working £25 per hour Start at short notice
