About the role

Are you a seasoned talent matchmaker looking for your next fully remote challenge? We are partnering with a large global manufacturer to help them find a proactive and experienced Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted talent advisor, and proactively sourcing high-quality talent across commercial business functions.

  • Location: Fully Remote

  • Contract: 6 months

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

  • Pay: £25.00-£30.00 per hour

What you will be doing:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various commercial roles and business functions.

  • Partnering with HR stakeholders and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and build appropriate sourcing strategies.

  • Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines while managing multiple priorities and vacancies simultaneously.

  • Providing recruitment insights via reporting, metrics, and data analysis.

  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across different organisational levels.

  • Delivering a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Previous full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a corporate environment, life sciences, or healthcare.

  • Experience recruiting across multiple job families and business functions.

  • Strong direct sourcing skills, incorporating Boolean search techniques.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience utilising recruitment data and metrics to support decision-making.
