RG Setsquare is supporting a large and national maintenance contractor with a lovely local contract based in Tiverton.

They have a role available for a temporary multi skilled trade person to join them asap.

The role is varied and does need someone with a Level 3 qualification and either a 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations. The role is varied and will include some maintenance of the fabric of the building. With this in mind, someone with general maintenance experience and knowledge eg basic plumbing is required to fulfil this role.

This role is very varied, completing PPM works as well as some fault finding as well as repairs and maintenance. There is a small amount of electrical work and the rest of the duties will involve multi skilled fabric tech works.

• Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
• There are no Weekends and no evenings.
• There are no call outs.

This is a static role, offering free parking and an immediate start.

The temporary duration will be approx 5-6 weeks.

There is a permanent role here, which you can apply for. You do not have to, you can take this as a short term temp role. Either/or.
