We are looking for a skilled Estimator/Surveyor to join our team, specialising in small works construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of accurately preparing cost estimates, tender submissions, and feasibility assessments for large-scale builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
• Conduct site surveys, analyze drawings, and assess project risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate budgeting.
• Monitor costs throughout projects and support value engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial and commercial construction estimation and surveying.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in construction software and tendering processes.
• Relevant surveying or estimating qualifications preferred.
