We are looking for adaptable, compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team for flexible, day-to-day supply work across primary and secondary schools in Exeter. What we offer- Competitive Pay: £92.56 - £95.00 per day.

- Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Location: Various schools across Exeter.
- Provide 1:1 and small group learning support tailored to individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Assist classroom teachers with managing group dynamics and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils with emotional regulation, sensory needs, and routine transitions throughout the school day.
- Encourage independence, engagement, and confidence in pupils across various age groups.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and requirements.
- Previous experience supporting children or young adults with special educational needs (in school, care, or youth work settings).
- A patient, resilient, and proactive approach to pupil engagement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
- Right to work in the UK.
