Quality Manager

We are working with a manufacturer in the personal care sector who is seeking a hands-on quality/technical and compliance specialist to lead their quality and regulatory function. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of site-level quality processes, documentation, and formulation governance in a regulated batch-manufacturing environment.

This is a key position within the technical leadership team, offering scope to shape quality strategy, lead audits, and ensure operational excellence across GMP-regulated production.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the site authority on product quality, compliance, and formulation integrity

• Ensuring operational compliance with ISO 22716 and all relevant cosmetic regulations

• Leading internal and third-party audits, and ensuring ongoing audit readiness

• Managing QMS documentation, including technical files, SOPs, and release records

• Overseeing batch documentation and ensuring accurate traceability from formulation to packaging

• Supporting production teams with technical advice on formulation, process control, and product release

• Collaborating with international compliance teams to ensure smooth product registrations in key global markets

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in a quality or technical function within cosmetics, personal care, or similar GMP-regulated industries

• Understands the practical application of ISO 22716, GMP and formulation compliance

• Is comfortable managing audits, resolving non-conformances, and driving quality improvements

• Has strong technical documentation skills, particularly around batch processes, PIFs, and regulatory submissions

• Is confident working across functions, especially with production, regulatory, and R&D teams

• Ideally has experience with export compliance or product registration in the Middle East or other international markets
