Working Supervisor

Job Title: Working Supervisor
Location: Dundonnell
Duration: Ongoing
Start: ASAP
Hours: 11 days on, 3 days off rotation. Monday to Friday – 13 hours per day available (including travel). Saturday – 7:00am until 4:30pm. Sunday – 8:00am until 3:00pm.
4 Weeks left of Nightshift
Rates: Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the site team and daily works.
• Be hands-on and assist with civil engineering works as required.
• Allocate labour, plant and materials effectively.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Read and work from construction drawings and RAMS.
• Liaise with the Site Manager and wider site team.
• Monitor progress and report any issues or delays.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Working Supervisor / Civils Supervisor / Ganger role.
• Strong civil engineering and groundworks experience.
• Experience supervising and working alongside site teams.
• Good understanding of health & safety.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• CSCS Supervisor Card.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
