Job Title: Telecoms Project Manager
Location: Fully Remote, UK
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum

Are you a Telecoms Project Manager looking for your next opportunity? As a Telecoms Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of reactive and proactive telecoms works, including customer connections, in-home fixes and short-turnaround jobs, working with coordinators and field engineers to ensure work is scheduled efficiently, completed on time and delivered to a high standard of customer service. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality telecoms services to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end delivery of reactive telecoms works and customer connections, ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales.
* Work alongside coordinators to schedule field engineers, organise daily workloads and monitor productivity.
* Maintain regular communication with clients, managing service expectations and resolving issues before they affect delivery or the customer experience.
* Handle customer complaints professionally, driving issues through to resolution in a timely manner.
* Act as the key operational link between customers, engineers, coordinators and internal teams to ensure processes run smoothly.
* Identify and implement improvements to productivity, scheduling and service delivery.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Demonstrable experience managing reactive telecoms works, customer connections or in-home repair activity within a telecoms environment.
* Previous experience working with Openreach, Virgin Media or similar reactive telecoms contracts.
* Proven ability to coordinate field engineers, monitor operational performance and address issues proactively.
* Strong client and customer relationship-management skills, with confidence handling complaints, delays and service escalations.
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
* Full UK driving licence (desirable).

Please apply with an up-to-date CV for more information. We can only accept candidates who have the Right To Work in the UK.
