German Speaking Customer Service & Warehouse employee

We’re looking for a hands-on Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist to join the growing European Distribution Center (EDC) in Breda. This is not your typical desk job — you’ll be right in the middle of operations. One moment you’re helping customers and arranging shipments, the next you’re in the warehouse picking orders or checking returned instrument sets. The organization is a small, close-knit team where everyone jumps in to help. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and getting things done, you’ll feel right at home here. What you’ll be doing You’ll have a mix of responsibilities, including: Supporting customers and distributors across EMEA Processing orders and coordinating shipments Managing returns and keeping customers updated Picking, packing and shipping orders Receiving and organizing incoming goods Checking returned instruments and implant sets Handling invoices and basic admin tasks Who you are You like variety and are happy to switch between office and warehouse work You’re hands-on, proactive and take ownership You have a strong eye for detail You communicate clearly and enjoy helping customers You’re a team player with a positive mindset You’re comfortable working on-site in Breda and already based in (or well-established in) the Netherlands What you bring Experience in customer service, logistics or warehouse operations Strong organizational and communication skills Good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (like Business Central) is a plus Fluent in English and German (Dutch is a bonus) What they offer A chance to help build and shape a growing distribution center A dynamic, international environment A supportive, informal and team-oriented culture Competitive salary and benefits Why join this organization?
