Duties * Safely lift, move, and position heavy sheets of metal using appropriate manual or powered tools * Operate hand tools, power tools, and tooling to cut, shape, grind, and finish sheet metal components * Assist with fabrication tasks such as welding, grinding, and assembling metal parts according to specifications * Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design standards * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency * Follow safety protocols at all times during heavy lifting, fabrication, and assembly tasks Qualifications * Experience with fabrication processes including grinding, welding, or sheet metal work is preferred * Mechanical knowledge or background in working with hand tools and tooling * Ability to lift heavy objects safely and consistently throughout shifts * Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks * Familiarity with assembly processes involving sheet metal components * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills Join us in delivering precision engineered metal solutions!
