Production Manager Ballygawley & Omagh |
£40,000-£50,000| Mon–Thurs 8:30am–5pm, Fri 8:30am–3pm
We are recruiting an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations across two sites for a growing animal health manufacturer.
The Role:
- Lead production and manufacturing operations across both sites.
- Manage production planning, purchasing, stock and inventory.
- Drive efficiency, cost reduction and continuous improvement.
- Oversee engineering, maintenance and site facilities.
- Lead and develop operational teams.
- Ensure high standards of health, safety and quality.
The Person:
- 5+ years’ senior manufacturing/production/operations management experience.
- Experience managing multi-functional manufacturing operations.
- Strong production planning and scheduling experience.
- Experience across purchasing, inventory and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Lean/Continuous Improvement experience desirable.
