About the Role
As Head Chef, you'll be the driving force behind the kitchen, leading a team that takes pride in serving quality pub meals and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and inspiring the kitchen team
• Delivering high-quality food service across lunch and dinner
• Creating fresh menu ideas and seasonal specials
• Managing stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Monitoring food costs and labour targets
• Maintaining food safety and compliance standards
• Building a positive, motivated, and high-performing kitchen culture

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being in the kitchen, leading from the front, and getting the best out of their team.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef
• Strong leadership skills and a team-first attitude
• Experience in busy pubs, hotels, clubs, or bistros
• Good commercial understanding of food costs and stock control
• A passion for quality food and hospitality
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• The ability to stay cool during busy service periods
