About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join the Pacific Fair team on a permanent part-time basis, working 29 hours across Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. You will play a key role in leading the team, driving sales and KPIs, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
Skills and Experience
- Proven retail leadership and sales experience
- Strong visual merchandising capability
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Confident driving KPIs and sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- $50,100 base salary plus superannuation
- Permanent part-time, 29 hours per week
- Clothing allowance included in package
- Structured four-day Sunday–Thursday roster
