RG SetSquare is currently recruiting an experienced Plasterer to work on long-term social housing contracts across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

Salary & Benefits

• £180 per day
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 4:00pm

• Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, bonding, float and set, patch repairs, and full room re-skims.
• Complete plastering works within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Prepare walls and ceilings by hacking off, bonding, and making surfaces ready for finishing.
• Repair damaged plasterwork to a high standard.
• Ensure all plastering work is completed with a smooth, professional finish.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working within tenants' homes.
• Complete all work safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales.
• Work closely with supervisors and scheduling teams to ensure projects are completed on time.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Plasterer.
• Previous experience working within social housing, repairs, or property maintenance is desirable.
• Excellent plastering skills, including skimming, bonding, float and set, patch repairs, and making good.
• High standard of workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
