About the role
Senior Sales Executive – Heritage & Cultural Attractions
London (hybrid) I’m working with a fast-growing commercial platform provider serving attractions, entertainment and passenger transport – think ticketing, memberships, donations and ancillary revenue rolled into one system. Backed by two family offices, they’ve grown revenue around 40% year-on-year since 2023 and are now hiring their first dedicated sales lead for heritage and cultural attractions, with a mandate to open up the US market too. The role in brief
This is named-account, consultative sales into museums, large multi-activity attractions and multi-site cultural portfolios – long cycles (6-18 months), formal procurement, and buying committees across commercial, membership, IT and finance. There’s no SDR layer: you’ll be spotting signals, writing your own outreach, running the meetings and closing the deals yourself, backed by a pre-sales engineer, a bid manager and founders who get involved on the biggest accounts.
You’ll also get real signal support – a bespoke tool flags tenders, leadership changes and capital projects across your target accounts, and marketing runs programmes to warm the ground before you make contact. What you need Complex B2B platform sales background – long cycles, multiple stakeholders, six-figure-plus deals
A track record of selling legacy-system replacement, not incremental upgrades
Bonus: procurement/tender experience, especially public sector or council
Bonus: adjacent domain experience – ticketing, hospitality, visitor economy, or cultural institutions
The big one: self-sourced deals – wins where there was no RFP at first contact *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
