About the role
Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Grade 4
Part Time - 27.5 hours per week
Term Time Only
Grade 4, Scale Points 8 - 14
Full time Equivalent £26,824 to £29,540
Pro-Rated £19,500 to £21,475
Salary will be pro-rated based on the number of hours/ weeks worked per year.
1 year contract (potential opportunity for extension)

An opportunity has arisen at Coddington C of E Primary & Nursery School for an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join the team.
The successful candidate will be hardworking and committed, with a strong passion for ensuring every child is fully included. They will work collaboratively with teaching and senior staff to provide high-quality teaching and learning.
The role will involve working with Key Stage 2 children and covering PPA for some teachers (Year 4). This will require close collaboration with the teachers. The role also requires the candidate to teach small intervention groups and work with children with complex needs.
The role will be 27.5 hours Monday to Friday, starting in September 2026 for up to a year.
