The Opportunity
A firm is looking for an organised and motivated individual to join a collaborative Commercial Property team, providing valuable support to fee earners and helping to ensure matters progress efficiently from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience within a busy and supportive department, with the potential to take on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.

The Role:
Working closely with fee earners, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of commercial property matters and contributing to the smooth operation of the wider team.
Your duties will include:
• Managing case files effectively, from initial instruction through to completion
• Serving as a key contact for clients and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Providing practical support to fee earners across a variety of commercial property transactions
• Assisting with general administrative duties and ensuring records are maintained accurately
• Playing an active part in the continued growth and development of the team
As you become established in the role, there will be scope to take on additional responsibilities and develop your skill set, with appropriate supervision and support throughout.

About You:
the firm is seeking someone who is keen to build their career within commercial property and someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard of client and administrative support.
You will ideally have:
• Previous experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within Commercial Property, although this is preferred rather than essential
• A good understanding of commercial property transactions and the processes involved
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with a varied client base
• Excellent organisational skills and a meticulous approach to detail
• A proactive and positive attitude, together with a genuine willingness to learn and develop
