Private Wealth Paralegal

Our highly rated private wealth team, comprising lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, and tax specialists, offers a unique opportunity to support both our Private Wealth Disputes and Probate teams. In this role, you will assist with the administration of estates, draft essential documents for probate applications, and collaborate with HMRC and the Probate Registry. Your responsibilities will also include preparing engagement letters, managing wills and trusts, and conducting legal research to support litigation matters. You will engage with clients alongside qualified fee earners to gather instructions and provide comprehensive support throughout the process.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a law degree (2:1 or higher) or an equivalent legal qualification, along with prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workloads simultaneously are essential.
