About the role
• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, providing commercially focused advice across a broad range of transactions.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, including the granting and taking of commercial leases and licences, together with acquisitions, disposals and the ongoing management of freehold and leasehold property portfolios.
• Advise on high value and often complex commercial property transactions, ensuring clients receive practical legal advice aligned with their wider business objectives.
• Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors from Newly Qualified level through to approximately 8 years' PQE, with relevant experience gained within a reputable commercial property practice.
• The successful candidate will possess strong technical legal knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships while delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
• The role is available on either a full time or part time basis, offering genuine flexibility to support a healthy work life balance.
