Senior Private Client Solicitor – Our client is a well-established, highly accredited, East Kent firm with an excellent reputation which continues to grow. They have now asked us to find them a further senior Private Client Solicitor to join their team.
About the Role
They are now looking for an experienced Private Client lawyer to manage a busy and sometimes complex caseload. This will include, advising and drafting Wills, LPAs and administering Estates and Trust; handling a range of Probate matters from simple to high value estates; COP and Tax and Trust matters and taking instructions from clients and liaising with co-executors/beneficiaries.
Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE, a solid track record and the ability to further develop and market the department. Excellent technical and client care skills are essential and STEP membership would be advantageous. Previous experience of using a sophisticated case management system and the ability to oversee junior members of the team would be highly desirable.
