The role combines insightful financial analysis, business partnering and financial modelling to help drive performance and support strategic decision-making Client Details A growing financial services firm is seeking an analytical finance professional to lead its Financial Planning & Analysis capability. The business offers a collaborative environment where finance plays a key role in supporting operational and commercial decisions. Description Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Produce monthly management information packs and reporting. Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior periods. Deliver clear commentary on key financial drivers, risks and opportunities. Build and maintain financial models for planning and scenario analysis. Partner with non-finance stakeholders to support decision-making and challenge assumptions where appropriate.Profile Fully Qualified - ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA Previous experience within FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting. Financial Services or Banking or similar sector background preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information clearly. Experience of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI and ERP systems would be advantageous.
