We are seeking a professional and organised Service Co-ordinator to join our client's team in Bridgnorth. This office-based role is ideal for an experienced administrator or customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating service activities while delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient planning and communication.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Liaise with engineers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Accurately maintain service records, customer information, and job updates.
- Manage and update information using Excel and maintain communication records in Outlook.
- Monitor ongoing service jobs, ensuring deadlines are met and customers are kept informed.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
- Previous experience in a service co-ordination, administration, customer service, or similar office-based role (essential).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong administrative and data management skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
