Experienced in residential surveying and looking for a flexible opportunity with strong earning potential?

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing surveying practice on a consultancy basis, covering the Portsmouth area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Surveyor looking for flexibility, with the ability to work a minimum of two days per week from home while carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out Mortgage Valuations across your agreed regional area
• Complete Homebuyer / Level 2 Surveys
• Undertake a range of residential valuation and survey work
• Manage your workload around your agreed working days
• Complete accurate and detailed reports
• Maintain high professional and customer service standards
• Work remotely with flexible working arrangements

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification or higher
• Registered Valuer status
• Experience carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle

What's on Offer?

• Fee split on all surveys carried out
• OTE between £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on agreed working days and workload

Working Arrangement
