Fashion Store Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to take the lead at one of their fashion stores. This is an opportunity for a confident retail leader who enjoys being on the floor, working with customers and getting the best out of their team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for creating a strong store environment where the team is engaged, customers receive great service and sales targets are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the team by example on the shop floor
• Driving daily sales and store results
• Coaching team members to build confidence and capability
• Creating a strong customer-focused environment
• Maintaining product presentation and visual standards
• Managing stock levels, deliveries and replenishment
• Overseeing rosters and day-to-day store requirements
• Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to improve results

About You

We're looking for someone who knows fashion retail, enjoys leading people and is motivated by achieving results. You'll be comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and keeping the store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous Store Manager experience within fashion
• Strong understanding of retail sales and KPIs
• Proven experience leading and developing a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A hands-on and approachable leadership style
• Confidence working towards commercial targets
