The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of a high-performing store. You will play a key role in coaching the team, driving sales results and creating an engaging customer experience.

You will be hands-on in all aspects of the business while helping to build a positive and successful store culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business

* Support the achievement of sales targets and store KPIs

* Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and presentation standards

* Assist with rostering, stock management and store operations

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Senior Retail Leader

* Experience within fashion, apparel, footwear or specialty retail preferred

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs

* Strong leadership and people development skills

* Excellent communication and organisational abilities

* A genuine passion for fashion, customer experience and team success

* Positive attitude and a hands-on leadership style
