We're partnering with one of Australia's leading premium retail brands to recruit three exceptional Sales Consultants across Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities within the Marion retail precinct.

This is an opportunity for genuine sales professionals who love building relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where your earning potential is in your hands.

If you've built your career in furniture, automotive, jewellery, kitchens, homewares, bedding, flooring or other consultative sales environments, we'd love to hear from you.

• Approx. $55,000-$60,000 + Super (Part-Time equivalent, Retail Award hourly rates)

• Uncapped commission structure

• Realistic earning potential of $80K-$100K+, with top performers earning up to $114K annually

About the role

You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and deliver an exceptional purchasing experience from consultation through to sale.

Success in this role comes from your ability to:

• Consistently exceed individual and store sales targets

• Follow up opportunities and maximise every interaction

About you

You'll be someone who:

• Has a proven history of exceeding sales targets

• Loves selling and is motivated by achieving exceptional results

• Is resilient, confident and commercially driven

• Brings energy, professionalism and enthusiasm to every customer interaction

• Wants to maximise their earning potential through commission

• Can commit to working a consistent weekend roster

Experience in furniture, automotive, jewellery, premium retail, kitchens, home improvements or other consultative sales environments will be highly regarded.

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

• Weekend availability is essential

• Consistent roster including regular weekends as part of the role
