About the Role

As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the venue. You will lead the team, oversee service standards, manage staffing and operational requirements, and work closely with senior management to maximise revenue and profitability.

From managing busy service periods to developing your people and identifying opportunities to improve the business, this is a highly visible role suited to a manager who enjoys taking ownership and leading from the front.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience managing a busy pub, hotel, club, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and motivate a team.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, labour costs, stock, and venue performance.
• Strong understanding of hospitality compliance, RSA, liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and operational standards.
• Hands-on, energetic, and customer-focused with the ability to confidently manage challenging situations.
