The Programme

We are seeking experienced Urogynaecology Nurses and Advanced Nurse Practitioners to support an NHS insourcing programme delivering urogynaecology clinics across the South West of England.

Working within a structured clinical team, you will help increase patient capacity, reduce waiting times and support the NHS in clearing an existing urogynaecology backlog.

The programme will include a mixture of pessary clinics, PTNS, flow clinics and urodynamics, with activity delivered during weekday sessions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver specialist urogynaecology nursing and clinical care within established NHS pathways.
• Support and deliver pessary clinics, PTNS and flow clinics, where appropriately trained.
• Support urodynamics clinics, where appropriately trained and experienced.
• Assess and manage patients within your scope of practice.
• Work closely with Consultant Urogynaecologists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Deliver safe, efficient and patient-centred care.
• Support NHS elective recovery by helping reduce the existing urogynaecology waiting list.

What We're Looking For

Applicants must:

• Hold current NMC registration.
• Have demonstrable experience in urogynaecology.
• Have relevant experience within NHS urogynaecology outpatient services.
• Experience in vaginal pessary fitting, PTNS and flow clinics is highly desirable.
• Urodynamics experience is desirable.
• Be confident working independently within NHS clinical environments.
• Have appropriate professional indemnity.
• Meet current NHS compliance requirements.
• Have the right to work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship).
