Description

Provide a specialist mental health expertise to our staff and officers!

As our Mental Health Practitioner, you’ll deliver occupationally focused mental health assessments, case management, and short-term interventions. You’ll be offering preventative advice, focusing on the relationship between health and work. Supporting wellbeing strategies helping us maintain a healthy and resilient workforce.

If you are passionate about improving lives, committed to delivering high-quality care and motivated to share psychological wellbeing across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Clinical practice and case management
  • Wellbeing and prevention
  • Post incident and trauma support

You will need to:

  • Be a registered mental health nurse (RNMH) with current NMC registration (part 3)
  • Have experience of managing risk, including suicide and self-harm
  • Be able to deliver solutions-focused interventions
