Supervisor - Luxury Handbags and Luggage

As Supervisor, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to support the team and ensure the store operates smoothly. You'll be hands-on with customers, helping create a personalised shopping experience while providing guidance and support to the wider team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading by example on the sales floor
• Supporting and motivating the retail team
• Delivering personalised service to luxury clientele
• Driving sales and supporting KPI performance
• Building strong customer and client relationships
• Assisting with stock and inventory management
• Maintaining presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Supporting daily store operations and administration
• Stepping up to lead the store when required

About You

We're looking for a confident retail professional with previous supervisory experience who understands the expectations of a luxury customer.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous Supervisor, Senior Sales or 2IC experience
• Experience within luxury or premium retail
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Confidence leading and supporting a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• A polished and professional approach
• Genuine interest in luxury fashion, handbags or travel
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
