Assistant Manager - Luxury Menswear

Our client is a leading luxury menswear brand seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is an opportunity for a polished and confident retail leader who understands the importance of exceptional service, personal presentation and building long-term client relationships. With a strong focus on luxury suiting, you'll work closely with customers to deliver a highly personalised styling experience from initial consultation through to purchase.

The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the performance of the store while remaining hands-on with customers and the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager across daily operations
• Leading and motivating the team on the sales floor
• Delivering personalised suiting and styling consultations
• Building and maintaining a strong client book
• Driving sales, KPIs and individual performance
• Coaching team members on product and service
• Ensuring the showroom reflects luxury brand standards
• Managing customer appointments, alterations and follow-ups
• Taking ownership of the store when required

About You

We're looking for an experienced retail leader who is confident working with a discerning clientele and understands the level of service expected within luxury menswear.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous Assistant Manager or senior retail experience
• Experience within luxury, premium or menswear retail
• Strong consultative selling and clienteling skills
• A confident understanding of menswear and styling
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team
• Strong commercial and KPI awareness
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A polished, professional and personable approach
• High attention to detail and presentation
